Angelo Cilli

Honorary President
Born in San Salvo (CH) on 5th January 1949. After graduating as an Industrial Expert, he held the role of Technical Officer at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications/Economic Development from February 1976 to May 2009. Since 1989 he has been involved in asset management properties on behalf of third parties. Sole director of Imprendiroma since 2008, in 2019 he was appointed President of the Board of Directors. Since May 2024 he has been Honorary President.

Guerino Cilli

President and CEO
Born in Rome on the 23rd of October 1976. Graduated in engineering at Polytechnic of Torin in 2001. Also holds a second level Master from LUMSA. He has been Officer of the Military Engineers from 1997 to 2004 and Official of the Ministry of Defense from 2005 to 2019. In 2008 he founded Imprendiroma (now Renovalo), becoming CEO in 2019. In May 2024 he was appointed Executive President of the Board of Directors.

Pierpaolo Michelangeli

Non executive Director
Born in Rome on the 18th of May 1983. Holds a degree in architecture from University La Sapienza, Rome, and is a member of the order of architects of Rome since 2011. After a short period of work as an asset manager at Romeo Gestioni Immobiliari, in 2012 he joined Imprendiroma as Head of the technical structure and has been a member of the same since 2016.

Rossella David

Non executive Director
Born in Tricarico (MT) on the 23rd of August 1983. Holds a degree in restoration architecture from La Sapienza University, Rome, in 2009 and is qualified to practice as an architect since 2010. Since 2011 she has worked in Imprendiroma in the role of QHSE, developing a specific approach to the issues of safety and internal company procedures according to ISO regulations.

Paola Di Pasquale

Indipendent Director
Born in Isernia on the 18th of August 1977. She got her degree in architecture in 2003 from La Sapienza University, Rome. From May 2004 till July 2006 she held the role of building manager at various property management companies. Since December 2015 he has held the role of Head of Healthcare & Fund Coordinator of the company InvestiRE SGR S.p.A.

Vito Plantone

President
Born in Noci on 22nd September 1977, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Bari in 2001 and later obtained a Masters in Accounting and Auditing at the Bocconi University School of Management in November 2003, as well as a Master in Financial Modelling, Capital Budgeting, Business Planning, Valuation and Restructuring at the 24Ore Business School in April 2019. He participated as a founding partner, to the birth of the De Falco Notarnicola Preziosa Plantone & Associati professional studio in September 2013, where he still carries out his professional activity.

Luigi De Lillo

Mayor in charge
He was born in Milan on 7th May 1976. He graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of Milan in 2001. Luigi began his professional career in 2001 at Ernst & Young, where he remained until 2011 carrying out auditing activities (for leading national, listed and international clients). At the end of 2011, he participated in the foundation of Epyon Consulting S.r.l. and subsequently to that of Epyon Audit S.r.l. and Epyon Asseverazioni S.r.l. consolidating his skills in the field of valuation, restructuring and capital market.

Andrea Cinti

Mayor in charge
Born in Rome on 4th February 1971. He graduated in Economics and Commerce at the La Sapienza University of Rome in 1998. He began his professional career in 2004 collaborating with leading professional firms, developing skills relating to the related tax and civil obligations to companies and natural persons, mainly in the field of corporate taxation, extraordinary transactions, and financial statements.

Andrea Bizzarri

Alternate auditor
Born in Civitavecchia on 31st March 1972, he graduated in Economics and Commerce from the La Sapienza University of Rome in 1999. He has been registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, Section A since 14th June 2004. From June to In August 2005 he held the role of coordinator and head of association services at the Confartigianato Imprese of Viterbo. He has also been the owner of Studio Tributario Bizzarri since 2004.

Aurora De Falco

Alternate auditor
She was born in Bari on 15th December 1957 and graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bari in 1981. She also held the position of President of Equal Opportunities of the Order of Doctors Accountants of Bari from 2003 to 2008. She is a member of the working group at the Department of Social Affairs of the Turkish Ministry for the elaboration and drafting of proposals for laws on young people, women, and immigrants, on behalf of the CNEL. She also performs the role of trustee in case of bankruptcy, as well as technical consultant of the court of Bari.
