Our vision is aimed at realizing a concrete improvement of Rome by transforming the existing heritage and limiting consumption to a minimum. As a company and as professionals, we believe in the value of urban regeneration as a model of sustainable development for our cities.
Regenerating abandoned spaces or areas that have lost their identity means for us to give new energy and improve the quality of life of urban fabrics that often lack services.
For this reason, Renovalo frequently interacts with realities of the Creative and Cultural Industry, to promote new processes and languages capable of transforming Rome, placing the environmental and social sustainability of the contexts in which we operate at the forefront.
One example is the partnership with TWM Factory, an under-35 creative studio with which we promote research processes and proposals to outline a new paradigm of architectural co-design and urban regeneration.

General Contractor expert in urban regeneration and renovation of building structures intended for public and commercial spaces, homes, offices and condominiums, mainly carrying out the activities of Architectural, Structural, Energy Design, Execution of interventions, consultancy and management support for the works.
