Renovalo S.p.A. born in 2008 first as Imprendiroma, through the initiative of professionals with multiple backgrounds in the field of maintenance and renovation of tall buildings, linked together by the same vision and by the same values of respect and attention for customers which, right from the start, was mainly sought in the private sector: the most demanding customers able to stimulate us to maintain the highest design and construction standards.
In 2024, in consideration of the growth and expansion of activities throughout the national territory, the proposal to change the company name to Renovalo S.p.A. Renovalo S.p.A..
Renovalo effectively responds to contemporary needs and requirements for innovation , especially in terms of ecological transition : sustainable manufacturing and processes, CAM-certified quality materials, systems and targeted interventions aimed at meeting the requirements of the new housing standards to become protagonists of the sustainable future .
The rest of our story is written in our DNA and is characterized by a high-profile commercial proposal capable of associating construction activities with additional services of a technical and financial nature . We do not forget the importance of constant research in terms of innovation, design and application of the best technologies and operational solutions.

100% owned, it is the operational division of Renovalo and it is intended for the provision of work for maintenance and energy requalification interventions. Through franchising points, NoiRistrutturiamo also operates in northern Italy and Sardinia.
90% owned, with the mission of providing services to Companies and New-Companies active in the construction sector, to encourage their business development and support them through the offer of technical-financial products functional to the energy requalification of existing building structures.
70% owned, it specializes in the architectural design of deep retrofitting interventions for commercial, cultural, residential buildings, newly built or to be renovated. Complex and significant projects which are made up of multiple elements: functional and organizational review, modernization of the architectural image, creation of a stimulating and functional work environment, optimization of the energy model, redevelopment of the territory. Furthermore, the experience gained in the management of real estate assets has increased skills in Place Making and Urban Planning, Infrastructure and Master Planning.
100% owned, it provides 360° heating services, from the installation and maintenance of centralized boilers to heat metering, with the aim of maximizing energy efficiency. Stiltermica has the mission of improving the quality and performance of central heating systems, ensuring greater comfort and efficiency in terms of consumption, integrating the most recent technologies on the market.
100% owned, intended for the purchase and development of real estate opportunities with a strong sustainable and innovative value including social housing projects, student residences and healthcare residences.
Company active in the United Kingdom, 95% owned and responsible for the international marketing of Made in Italy construction technologies.

The office also hosts a co-working space created and managed by Renovalo, to welcome students, colleagues and professionals who need modern workspaces and cutting-edge equipment and software.
Renovalo has implemented the ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and Safety, 45001:2018 management systems as well as owning of the SOA Certification for the design and construction of various categories of works and amount classes.

Located in the Portonaccio district, a few minutes from the Roma Termini and Tiburtina railway stations, our office is a completely conceived and regenerated space paying attention to the well-being of the staff, the functionality of the spaces and to welcome the customer.
The building is embraced by the artists' palace, a former decommissioned warehouse for Renault cars and vans, spontaneously repopulated by a platoon of artists in the early 2000s active in the fields of photography, painting, fashion, architecture, and cinematography.
The crew of young professionals populates the office stairs every day, travelling the three floors of the "journey" between the various souls of the Company: the technical-operational area, the sales team, the planning guys who share the first floor with Management, Administration, and Purchasing Department.
